****As of 7/28/2014 Comical-Catz is not responsible for any after effects de-clawing causes to your new kitty.**** De-clawing is cruel & we DO NOT approve of this procedure!

Comical-Catz Health Guarantee
KITTEN ~ Health Guarantee:
KITTENS come with a 1year health guarantee which covers life threatening, untreatable genetic defects.
The Buyer has 3 business days from date of purchase to have pet examined by a licensed veterinarian.
If pet is not examined in that period of time, this health guarantee is voided releasing Comical-Catz from any obligations set forth.
This guarantee DOES NOT include minor treatable nuisances such as fungus, coccidia or upper respiratory infections.
A minor Upper Respiratory Infection, Coccidia or fungus can occur as a result of the stress of being relocated into a new home & Comical-Catz cannot guarantee that this will not happen.
If a licensed veterinarian finds the pet to have a serious illness or the KITTEN is diagnosed by Buyer's vet as having a life threatening, untreatable hereditary defect that in his/her opinion prevents the KITTEN from serving Buyer as a companion pet, Buyer must provide a written statement on licensed veterinarian's letterhead identifying the problem & must be given to Comical-Catz within 10 business days of KITTEN purchase date.
KITTEN can be returned to Comical-Catz at Buyers expense. Only then will another KITTEN of the same breed & cost will be open for discussion. If no KITTENS are available for replacement, Buyer will be offered a KITTEN of similar qualities when a new litter is available.
Although Seller will put forth great effort to replace the exact color of KITTEN, Seller is not obligated to do so.
If KITTEN dies within one year of purchase date due to a hereditary or congenital defect, the Seller will replace the pet when proof of the defect in the form of a necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian pathologist in addition to appropriate blood work is received by Seller.
Seller is not responsible for any vet expenses related to the above KITTEN including autopsy, blood work expenses or any other vet related expenses incurred during the course of pet's life.
>>There are NO Cash REFUNDS<< - ONLY KITTEN replacements in the form of a Monetary Credit for Purchase Price to be Applied toward the Purchase of Replacement Pet.
This Guarantee is NON-Transferable (meaning if buyer sells/gives away pet or on new replacement). Comical-Catz is NOT liable for expenses incurred (including medical) due to or as a result of the above pet's actions or neglect.
Seller does not guarantee eye color shade, coat color shade, coat length, size, weight, or personality of pet.
Seller provides KITTEN solely for the purpose of a companion pet. This is not a warranty expressed or implied that the Buyer will be able to use pet for showing or breeding purposes, although breeding rights are an option that may be discussed prior to sale.
No CFA papers are provided on pet kittens. Proof from a licensed vet showing that the kitten has been spayed/neutered may be presented & CFA papers may be assigned upon the breeders discretion.
Additional fees are applied for paperwork.
We cannot be responsible for anything the KITTEN may encounter or contract once they leave our care.
It is never our intention to cause you unexpected vet bills or heartbreak!

Why are deposits needed & why are they non-refundable?
Deposits are required for almost anything these days whether its for an animal or an inanimate object. Its a service set aside exclusively for you to reserve that item for your benefit. It is your choice as the buyer to place a deposit & you are made aware well in advance that deposits are non-refundable. Make sure of your choice. If you change your mind, I'm sorry but I have turned away other possible homes for this kitty exclusively for you & your deposit money will be used for advertising, boarding & any other items needed until another home is found.
